Ingredients
  

  • 2 frozen bananas cut into chunks or slices
  • ¾ cup non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup milk your choice of plant-based or diary
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp. smooth peanut butter
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 tbsp. chopped peanuts, to garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients except the chopped peanuts in a blender, and blend on high until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust for texture and taste.
  • Pour into a glass and top with chopped peanuts.
