2 frozen bananas cut into chunks or slices ¾ cup non-fat Greek yogurt 1 cup milk your choice of plant-based or diary 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 2 tbsp. smooth peanut butter 1 cup ice 1 tbsp. chopped peanuts, to garnish optional
Combine all ingredients except the chopped peanuts in a blender, and blend on high until smooth.
Taste and adjust for texture and taste.
Pour into a glass and top with chopped peanuts.
